Through Sunstone Permanent Jewelry University and introductory training programs, she teaches practical skills for creating permanent jewelry and delivering a positive customer experience. As the owner of her own permanent jewelry business, Maddy brings firsthand experience to the guidance she shares with new and growing businesses.
